Paper Bag Book Binding Example



First of all...imagine that this is a completed book since this is the very last step in making the paper bag book.

Use a NEW twist tie (trust me and save yourself some hassle), fold it in half over the ribbons/fibers and use as a needle.













Next run the fibers through the bottom hole until they are even on each side of book.















Third step is to whip-stitch from back to front all the way to the top.













The final step is to whip-stitch from front to back being careful not to stitch through the fibers already in the holes...this can cause you quite a headache.





The VERY last thing to do is to tie a knot at the top(or bottom if you decided to follow this backward) so that your hard work doesn't come apart at the seams.
